PURCHASE OPTIONS CANCELLATION POLICY

This policy applies to subscription orders and recurring purchase options offered by Haren Holistics.
HOW TO CANCEL
You may cancel your subscription at any time by:
• Logging into your account and managing your subscriptions
• Emailing us at [YOUR EMAIL ADDRESS] with your order details
CANCELLATION TIMING
Cancellations must be submitted at least 48 hours before your next scheduled order date to prevent the next charge. If a cancellation request is received after this window, your next order may still be processed.
AFTER CANCELLATION
Once cancelled, no further charges will be made and no additional shipments will be sent. You will continue to have access to any products already shipped.
REFUNDS
Subscription payments that have already been processed are non-refundable. Due to the nature of our products, we do not offer refunds on orders that have been prepared or shipped.
If you experience issues with your subscription order (damaged products or shipping problems), please contact us within 7 days and we will make it right.
PAUSING SUBSCRIPTIONS
If available, you may pause your subscription instead of cancelling. Contact us to discuss pause options.
