SHIPPING POLICY

ORDER PROCESSING

Most orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Practitioner remedies and made-to-order products may require additional processing time dependent on size of order.

You will receive a confirmation email when your order ships with tracking information.

SHIPPING METHODS

We ship via USPS and other major carriers. Shipping options and costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING (United States)

• Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days
• Priority Shipping: 2-3 business days

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carrier issues, weather, or high volume periods.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We currently ship to select international destinations. International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and fees which are the responsibility of the recipient.

International delivery times vary by destination and may take 2-4 weeks.

SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping rates are displayed at checkout. Free shipping may be available for orders over a certain amount (see promotions for details).

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

Once shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking to update.

ADDRESS ACCURACY

Please ensure your shipping address is correct. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Reshipments may incur additional fees.

LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days at support@harenholistics.com. We will work with you and the carrier to resolve the issue.

P.O. BOXES

We can ship to P.O. Boxes via USPS. Some expedited options may not be available for P.O. Box addresses.
