REFUND & RETURN POLICY

NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES
Due to the nature of our products, Haren Holistics does not accept returns or exchanges on any orders. All sales are final.
Our homeopathic remedies and wellness products are made-to-order and/or are consumable health products. For safety, hygiene, and quality assurance reasons, we cannot accept returned items.
OUR COMMITMENT TO YOU
However, we will make things right if for some reason products are damaged in transit or if shipping issues affect the order reaching you. Your satisfaction matters to us, and we stand behind the quality of our products.
If your order arrives damaged during shipping or you experience shipping issues that prevent delivery, please contact us within 7 days at support@harenholistics.com. Include:
• Your order number
• Photos of the damaged item (if applicable)
• Description of the issue
We will work with you to resolve the situation promptly, which may include a replacement or store credit at our discretion.
ORDER CANCELLATIONS
If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. Orders that have not yet been prepared may be eligible for cancellation and full refund. Once an order has been prepared or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
